On September 1st the urbanisation committee will be holding a meeting. This is an important meeting because members will be considering items for inclusion on the agenda for the AGM on 26th October.

If you have a subject which you would like raised at the AGM please could you let the President know as soon as possible so that it an be discussed by the committee and added to the agenda, with a recommendation from the committee for acceptance by the AGM (if applicable).

It is important that we adopt this procedure because it gives time for matters to be investigated and costed and properly placed before the AGM so that owners can have full knowledge of what they are discussing and voting for.
