The recent snow and heavy rain has caused damage to roads, especially side streets here in Orihuela Costa. Please take extra care when driving because of deep potholes which have appeared. One car lost a wheel hitting a deep pothole and another driver had a tyre burst.

Until the council gets round to making repairs it’s going to be dangerous, especially at night. There’s a bad spot near the Playa Famenca underpass at the N332 and the road from the N332 to the Nautilus at Punta Prima has been damaged. If anyone else has come across bad spots let us know so we can warn other residents.
