If you were unable to attend the recent Urbanisation AGM meeting here is a brief summary of the voting and the outcome.

Item 3.1 : Walkway Repairs
Voting Outcome : A majority “No”.

Item 3.2 : Western Pool Repairs
Voting Outcome : A majority “Yes”. A single extraordinary fee of €74 per property will be taken on or around the 15th November 2023. You don’t have to do anything if you pay by direct debit.

Item 3.3 : Change Maintenance Company
Voting Outcome : After a lengthy discussion and complaints it was decided to retain the existing maintenance company.

Item 3.4 : Installation of vehicle gate on Road 22
Voting Outcome : A majority “Yes”. The installation of an electrical vehicle gate on the joint road (22) was approved but we will have to wait until after Playa Flamenca IX AGM in April for them to vote on the subject. The extra fee will only be taken upon their approval.

Jos was voted in as President for another year and there will be no Vice President. The Committee members are Jack Frapple, Sylvia Sakira and Michell Banfield. Ordinary fees remain the same.
