Hello Everyone

I hope you are all keeping well and safe.

You should have now all received the end of year accounts. If you have any queries regarding the accounts then please refer them to the Administrators.

As mentioned in my report we have had continuing complaints about the cleaning of the urbanisation and after much research we are pleased to advise that a new maintenance company ‘Woodys’ will be commencing work from Monday 16 November. Adam and his crew will be providing an excellent service.

I will also be arranging for all the light fittings in the community to be checked and overhauled.

The community pools will also be closed for the winter.

Can I finally ask all home owners who are unable to come to Spain to please arrange with neighbours or friends to attend to any hedges or trees that may have become overgrown on your patios. We aim to keep the community a tidy and clean place to live.
