Good Afternoon,

I write to advise you after much delay the work to replace the fence and extend the small wall around the Western Pool will commence on Wednesday 12 June.

This delay has been caused by the original contractor increasing his quotation significantly.  

So therefore we have had to find another suitable contractor to carry out the work.  

Then unfortunately the new contractor has had delays in obtaining the required building materials from his suppliers.

The work commencing on 12th June should take between 7 and 10 days.  The pool will be closed during this period.  However the Eastern pool will be open.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
