Commercial Waste dumping

Community owners were awakened early this morning by the sound of a JCB transporting tree stumps, branches and debris from the waste land opposite, to two of our community waste bins, dumping piles of rubbish beside the bins.
We are delighted that following intervention by our community the owner of the site was ordered to collect all the rubbish and take it back to the waste ground.
A full report will be given at our committee meeting tomorrow (Saturday). Our community is firmly of the opinion that commercial waste should not be dumped at residents’ bins along Calle Nicholas de Bussi – a practice which has been happening all too frequently in recent months because offenders know the council will have to clear the rubbish in preparation for the weekly Saturday markets.

Here are the trees after the JCB returned them to the builder’s wasteland.
