We have had an incident on our community yesterday when a stranger knocked on a door and translated on his phone in English that he needed to use the toilet.
There is a local pub that he could have used !
Can all residents please be wary of any suspicious callers with odd requests.
It has been reported that there are many reports of break ins around the area.
Please stay vigilant.

Thanks Jos for your e mail re: the incident & now a lack of safety on our urbanisation , that is probably a very good indicator to have our community gated as apart from our privacy it is now a matter for our SAFETY.
