Recently there was concern expressed by an owner about the level of our pool maintenance – probably because of the problems we had last summer – however, the number of compliments I now receive greatly exceeds this.
I have discussed this with our administrator and maintenance company and have received the following reply.
“The usual thing to do is to go once a week to vacuum and everyday, from Monday to Saturday, to check chlorine and the rest of the pool. And that is what they are going to do in Playa Flamenca X this summer.”
I think this is acceptable and appears to be the standard level of maintenance and inspection.
