Last month’s four days of torrential rain caused some very minor damage to asphalt walkways on our community but the most urgent damage is to an exterior wall of a property. In order to prevent further damage this needs to be repaired, and we consider it opportune to get a number of holes repaired at the same time, principally so that they do not cause injury to anyone, and also to prevent them worsening otherwise they will cost more to repair.

We shall be seeking an estimate for the repair work – the cost already covered under general maintenance in our budget.
