Gabor, our maintenance man has shown me dog’s mess on the grass in the western pool area. He is convinced that the culprit is a dog and not a cat.

Notices are clearly displayed on the gates that dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

Would all dog owners obey the rules and not take dogs into the pool areas. It is appalling that someone has brought a dog into the pool area and it’s particularly bad that he or she has not cleared up after their animal.

We want a clean and tidy urbanisation fit to live in and one which we would not be ashamed to welcome visitors into. The only way this can be achieved is for everyone to obey the rules.

If dog excrement gets into the pool it would have to be closed for days – and this can easily happen if there is mess on the grass and trodden in before someone gets into the pool.
