Owners above garages have expressed concern about ventilation rates in the garages.
We have been given a cost of 550€ + IVA for a professional to review the present natural ventilation arrangement within the garages. As the primary issue is maintaining carbon monoxide (CO) levels below safe and accepted values we are considering in the first instance (in conjunction with the garage community) the purchase of a hand held CO monitor (at significantly less cost) which will be determine the present air quality and which will be used to regularly monitor and record air quality in the future. This has been formally agreed and sanctioned at the 2016 garage community AGM.
