Pool. The committee have put this item forward because of the concerns we have about people walking from the grassed areas into the pool and contaminating the water as a result, particularly as the fencing around the pool is not cat proof.
Asphalting to the western road. Over the years there has been settlement under the road and this has created a gap between the road and garage wall. It is prudent to get this gap filled to avoid future problems because we do not know where any rainwater getting into gap will end up.
