I am pleased to advise that the final gate on our community and shared with Playa Flamenca IX will be installed on 19th and 20th November commencing at 8.30am on 19th November.

No access will be allowed via this entrance between those dates.

This is to allow the relevant construction work to settle before the gates can be used.

Please make alternative arrangements to access your property through other gates using your existing pedestrian key and fob.

The fourth button on your fob will operate this gate ( the bottom right hand button). A different pedestrian gate key will be required to operate the pedestrian gate and the first key can be obtained from the administrators for free. Additional keys are €20 each.
