As we begin the much awaited holiday period and bask in the radiant sunshine, the pool areas have been brimming with people taking the opportunity to cool off.
However, with the increased poolside activity, we’ve observed a growing number of personal items such as sunbeds, chairs, towels, sunscreens, bats and balls, huge blow-up donuts, swimwear, makeup bags, footballs, and sports bags being left unattended in the pool area overnight.
While we understand the desire to bring personal items to make your time by the pool comfortable and fun, we kindly remind everyone that these items should not be left unattended or stored in the pool area. This not only helps keep the space tidy but also ensures the safety of all pool users. Furthermore, the sprinklers come on overnight and the gardener needs the area clutter free to do work early in the morning.
Any personal items left unattended overnight will be removed from the pool area and placed outside the gates.
To maintain an enjoyable environment for everyone, please remember to refrain from leaving personal items unattended in the pool area, be respectful and considerate of other pool users and minimise noise levels to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
For homeowners renting out their properties, please take a moment to remind your clients of these responsibilities as well.
Here is a reminder of our pool rules for your reference. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Let’s continue to make our urbanisation a clean, tidy and safe place to enjoy.
Thank you for sending the reminder. Regards, Heike
