Our Administrator (AGM) has sent the following message about Community Fees :

“We inform all owners who pay their fees by direct debit in Playa
Flamenca X, that today we proceeded to take the fees for the semester
September-2018/February-2019 WITHOUT APPLYING THE DISCOUNTS, therefore
we realized about this mistake, and we are now informing all owners with
payments by direct debit that they have credit in favour in their fees.
This will be balanced in the next direct debit. Therefore in March we
will collect the fees from the semester March-August-2019 APPLYING BOTH
DISCOUNTS FROM PREVIOUS SEMESTER AND FOR NEXT ONE.

We apologise for the annoyances caused by this mistake.”
