I am pleased to report that this week, after our new administrator sought estimates from several well-known maintenance companies, I have appointed a family concern, called A.L. Limpiezas y Servicos to undertake our future urbanisation maintenance (street cleaning, gardening, street light maintenance, etc,) plus our pool maintenance. The company already has a good track record with the maintenance of other local urbanisations and is well known to Maria, our administrator.

The cost per month is 713.90 euros with VAT included and this is slightly cheaper than our old maintenance company, and considerably cheaper than other estimates.

I have already given A.L. a schedule of work we expect to keep our urbanisation well maintained and they have agreed to this schedule. They officially start work on December 1^st.

They are based in Torrevieja and can be contacted on 691 607 311 and 691348 603 and staff speak several languages. However I would appreciate that owners contact me if they have any concerns/complaints (and praise too!), so I can monitor the service that A.L. provide.

We should soon be in a position to change the urbanisation bank account to a Sabadell branch closer to us and Maria will then be able to invoice for this half-year’s urbanisation fees.
