Hello Everyone,
As you may remember from my previous post that there was damage caused to this gate by an unknown vehicle.
Yesterday the damaged gate was removed for repair as it was getting caught on one of the sensors when opening and shutting.
The gate has to be stripped repaired re galvanised and repainted.
The time period before the gate can be reinstalled depends how long it takes to be galvanised.
In the meantime can I ask everyone to be vigilant of any strangers walking into our community through this gate whilst the entrance is open especially on Saturdays when the market is on.
The cost of the repair should be covered by our insurance.
