Can you all please be wary of any strangers approaching you for assistance.

I have been advised of two separate instances today of two high end watches trying to be taken off wrists by females asking for assistance whilst a get away car is waiting.  Fortunately neither were successful.

Ladies also be wary of your purses when asked for assistance in supermarkets.

The thieves will stop at nothing.  Please be very mindful of people around you and any strangers approaching to shake hands or trying to hug you.

The police are aware of a gang operating in the area and they have been stopped and searched but unfortunately no stolen goods have been found.

Be vigilant and stay safe.
