The next housing committee meeting will be held on January 27th, when, under discussion, will be what to do about improvements to the wall underneath patios above garages; general painting works of urbanisation property and purchase/installation of rubbish bins.

Also the committee will discuss the possible merger of the housing and garage communities. We would like to hear from any owner who can think of any reason why such a merger would not be beneficial to this urbanisation as a whole.
