The pressure hosing has now been completed and the debris from the hoses will be cleaned by the maintenance company this afternoon. A thorough clean of both pools will take place tomorrow.
The western pool has two problems. One of the valves is leaking and that will be repaired tomorrow. Also the skimmer by the shower is leaking and is not functioning properly.
We are obtaining quotes for this work to be done which hopefully will be carried out in May.
The poor suction on the Eastern pool was caused by small plastic toys pushed in the water vents in the pool.
Can I ask that no small toy objects be taken into either of the pools as this may result in expensive work to be carried out at a cost to our community.

Hi all I am very concerned re traffic on our side Rd 22 we have noticed cars left for days and a polish car 8mts outside our property I do believe a resident on our urbanisation knew the owners of this car as when we had our tree cut she came out. It has just been moved this week from last September also to point out the speed is a concern
