DOC 4. Pool Maintenance & Cleaning
Over the past few months we have had several complaints about the standard of work undertaken by Gabor. Incidents have been rubbish collected from roads and thrown over the perimeter fence into the ravine, roads and pavements not being cleaned properly and rubbish left blowing around after the Saturday market. In the western pool there have been complaints about cat poo left in a pile in the corner, areas of grass left unwatered, and shower areas not being cleaned regularly. The committee is suggesting that we terminate Gabor’s contact and seek another company – Sonia has some recommendations of companies used by other urbanisations she administers. The AGM is asked to give the committee power to act to appoint a new company if we fail to see an improvement.
