I hope everyone is keeping well and warm this winter.

I am writing to advise you of a problem there has been with the postal service over the last couple of months.

The final gate to our community shared with Playa Flamenca IX was installed in November and to be expected there were a few problems with the use of the gates.

At the same time the Police and Correos were advised and were given access for their services.

However it seems that the postal service appeared not to be working and no post was getting to our community.

Several notifications were given to them by our administrators. Members of our community also visited the Correos sorting office to collect their post.

Due to the increase in post in the period leading up to Christmas and a severe shortage of postal workers the postal service was delayed significantly.

I am pleased to announce the backlog of mail being delivered to all communities is now being cleared.

Please check your post boxes over the next couple of days and you should receive post you may have been expecting.

I am sorry for this delay but this has been completely out of my control.
