DOC 6. Repainting of the Garage Exterior Walls
At the 2017 AGM it was agreed to re-paint the garage exterior walls as part of our improvement programme, on the basis of a 78-22% contribution with the garage community. However, this work could not go ahead during the winter because of continual leaking from a patio down the wall. In addition a committee member questioned whether our community should pay for this work rather than the garages and owners above who jointly have use of the wall. When this issue was raised with the GC their 22% contribution was withdrawn. As a result of these issues no painting has been undertaken. The committee cannot reach a decision on this matter and have referred it to this AGM.
