The 2017 AGM approved a repainting programme for water and electricity boxes and balustrades which are Community property. I am pleased to report that this programme is progressing extremely well despite the cold weather our painter is experiencing. I hope you have noticed the considerable improvement the painting is making – the cement work a brilliant gloss white and doors a silk black, all in top grade paint which should stand the test of time. A smart, well cared-for community maintains and improves property values which benefits all.
