As agreed at the AGM a reported water leak into a garage below the east end of the north walkway will be reviewed and any necessary repair work carried out once we have the benefit of advice from the professional to be appointed to undertake the structural review. This has been formally agreed and sanctioned at the 2016 garage community AGM. The work will be progressed when both communities have the benefit of professional advice and will be on the basis of a 78/22 split.
