I hope you are all keeping well and safe.

There is currently work being carried out in the grounds next to the box containing the pump.

By law we have to install a chlorine filter system to the pool and the system will not fit in the existing box so a smaller new box to house this system will be put next to the existing box.

The ground will need to be excavated in this area.

We will also be installing a new shower and tiled area as the the existing one is looking very poor and there are several tiles missing.

Due to this work being carried out it has been decided to close this pool for up to a week and I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Also from Tuesday next week one of our residents near to the Eastern pool who has had several water leaks will be having new water pipes installed this will entail digging a narrow gauge in the tarmac walkway and removing a line of tiles near the shower to the mains water.

At the moment there are no plans to close this pool but I will notify you should this be required.
